Ryan Fejedelem

Ryan Fejedelem, MPO is an ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist and the Area Practice Manager for CPO’s South Chicagoland market. Serving patients in both Oak Lawn and Oak Brook, Ryan brings over 12 years of hands-on experience to the CPO Team, having worked his way through the field as a technician and assistant before earning his Master’s degree from Northwestern University.

Ryan specializes in high-level lower limb prosthetics, with extensive expertise in microprocessor above-knee prosthetics and vacuum-style below-knee systems. His interest in human movement began as a college football player and personal trainer. After shadowing clinicians at a spinal cord injury clinic, he fell in love with the ability to build custom solutions that help individuals reach their physical goals.

A dedicated problem-solver, Ryan believes that every clinical challenge has a solution. He combines his background in biochemistry with a "can-do" attitude to find the best working outcome for every patient. By leveraging CPO’s vast resources, Ryan ensures that every person he treats receives the highest level of care and a clear path toward independence.

Rhona Chick

With 40 years of clinical experience, Rhona Leigh Chick, CP, CPed, CFm brings unparalleled expertise to CPO Oak Brook. A graduate of Northwestern University’s prosthetic program, Rhona is a Certified Prosthetist, Pedorthist, and Mastectomy Fitter. She specializes in lower extremity prosthetics, mastectomy products, and custom compression garments.

Rhona is known for her deep empathy and active listening. By treating every patient like a family member, she ensures they feel heard and comfortable. Her decades of experience allow her to provide personalized, high-quality care that helps every patient regain their confidence and mobility.

Marco L. Irigoyen

Marco L. Irigoyen is an ABC-Certified and Illinois-Licensed Orthotist serving patients at CPO Greenwood and CPO Arlington Heights. Bringing 30 years of dedicated clinical experience to his practice, Marco specializes in foot and ankle orthotics. He has extensive expertise in designing supportive interventions for patients managing ambulatory challenges caused by stroke or severe illness.

Marco believes that exceptional care begins with active listening. By collaborating closely with his clinical team and focusing on the unique needs of every individual, he creates personalized orthotic solutions that empower his patients to improve their mobility and live healthy, independent lives.

Lauren Quintana

Lauren Quintana is a Board-Certified/Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist at CPO Arlington Heights, specializing in pediatric orthotics with a particular expertise in Cranial Remolding Orthoses (CRO). Lauren’s approach to care is defined by a unique blend of high-level clinical expertise and a deep, personal understanding of the impact orthotic solutions have on a child’s quality of life.

Lauren’s passion for the field began during her own childhood. After wearing foot orthotics as a child, Lauren experienced firsthand how the right care could alleviate pain and improve daily life. Today, she is dedicated to "paying that quality forward." She earned her degree in Neuroscience from Carthage College before completing her Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Pittsburgh. Before joining CPO in March 2025, Lauren honed her skills at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, gaining invaluable experience in complex pediatric hospital settings.

"I am dedicated to balancing clinical expertise with parent and patient goals," Lauren explains. "Whether we are improving alignment, enhancing cosmetic appearance, or avoiding surgery, no goal is too small when it comes to our smallest patients."

Lauren joined the CPO team in March 2025 and is currently accepting new pediatric patients at our Arlington Heights location.

Lauren Cote

Lauren Cote is a Board-Certified Prosthetist Orthotist at CPO Arlington Heights with 11 years of clinical experience. She specializes in orthotics, lower-limb prosthetics, and cranial remolding helmets.

Lauren earned her Public Health degree from the University of Illinois and completed her professional training at Northwestern University. She is dedicated to a personalized care model, believing that every patient requires a unique approach. By building lasting relationships and focusing on collaborative goals, Lauren helps her patients navigate their rehabilitation journey with confidence and restored independence.

John Brinkmann

John Brinkmann is an ABC-certified and Illinois-licensed CPO at CPO Rockford with over 30 years of clinical experience. A second-generation practitioner and graduate of UT Southwestern Medical Center, John specializes in lower limb prosthetics and orthotics. He is a recognized leader in the field, serving as an Associate Professor at Northwestern University (NUPOC) and holding the prestigious title of Fellow with Distinction from the AAOP.

John has authored textbook chapters on prosthetic gait and frequently contributes to industry publications. His clinical approach is rooted in a deep desire to help patients reach their full potential. By focusing on individual goals and utilizing his extensive background in gait biomechanics, John ensures every patient receives the expert care necessary to regain their mobility and independence.

Devon Fairwood

Devon Fairwood, CPO, LPO is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist serving patients in Arlington Heights and Elgin. With a background in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and a Master’s from Northwestern University (NUPOC), Devon combines a passion for engineering innovation with a deeply personalized approach to patient care.

Devon believes that orthotics and prosthetics are not "one size fits all." By staying at the forefront of evolving technology and fostering a collaborative environment, she creates custom solutions tailored to each patient's unique history and goals. Her primary mission is to ensure every individual feels physically and emotionally supported while regaining their independence and staying active in their own lives.

Cole Harper

Cole Harper is a Board-Certified Prosthetist Orthotist with over 12 years of experience in the O&P field. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Master’s program, Cole specializes in pediatrics, scoliosis, Cranial Remolding Orthoses (CRO), and lower extremity prosthetics. His journey began as a technician, where he spent five years mastering the hands-on fabrication of devices, a background that now informs his expert clinical care.

A recipient of CPO’s Best Team Player and Special Recognition awards, Cole is known for his strong communication and problem-solving skills. He is a dedicated mentor who believes in listening closely to every patient’s unique needs. Cole’s goal is for every patient to leave feeling comfortable and confident, knowing they have received a high-quality device designed to maximize their mobility and support their journey.

Ana Woods

Ana Woods, CFo is a Board-Certified Orthotic Fitter at CPO Arlington Heights, specializing in hospital orthotics, orthopedic bracing, and prosthetic supply fittings. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Kinesiology, Ana brings over five years of diverse clinical experience to the CPO team, including specialized roles at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

Ana’s background in both inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedic clinics makes her a versatile expert in fitting and casting. She is known for her complex problem-solving skills and her personable, patient-centered approach. By combining clinical precision with active listening, Ana ensures her patients receive the supportive care they need to return to the activities they love.
