When coming from I-90, you will take the I-290/IL-53 exit toward Chicago/W Suburbs. You will then keep left to continue on exit 68B for IL-53 N. Take the Algonquin Rd exit on the left and use the left two lanes to turn onto W Algonquin Rd. You will turn left onto S Old Wilke Rd/Weber Dr. which is the first road past the Shell Station. Continue for 0.6 miles, and turn right onto W Central Rd. Comprehensive Prosthetics and Orthotics Arlington Heights will be on your left, in Suite 108 of the Medical Plaza.

Lauren Cote is a Board-Certified Prosthetist Orthotist at CPO Arlington Heights with 11 years of clinical experience. She specializes in orthotics, lower-limb prosthetics, and cranial remolding helmets.
Lauren earned her Public Health degree from the University of Illinois and completed her professional training at Northwestern University. She is dedicated to a personalized care model, believing that every patient requires a unique approach. By building lasting relationships and focusing on collaborative goals, Lauren helps her patients navigate their rehabilitation journey with confidence and restored independence.

Devon Fairwood

Devon Fairwood, CPO, LPO is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist serving patients in Arlington Heights and Elgin. With a background in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and a Master’s from Northwestern University (NUPOC), Devon combines a passion for engineering innovation with a deeply personalized approach to patient care.
Devon believes that orthotics and prosthetics are not "one size fits all." By staying at the forefront of evolving technology and fostering a collaborative environment, she creates custom solutions tailored to each patient's unique history and goals. Her primary mission is to ensure every individual feels physically and emotionally supported while regaining their independence and staying active in their own lives.

Lauren Quintana

Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist
Lauren Quintana is a Board-Certified/Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist at CPO Arlington Heights, specializing in pediatric orthotics with a particular expertise in Cranial Remolding Orthoses (CRO). Lauren’s approach to care is defined by a unique blend of high-level clinical expertise and a deep, personal understanding of the impact orthotic solutions have on a child’s quality of life.
Lauren’s passion for the field began during her own childhood. After wearing foot orthotics as a child, Lauren experienced firsthand how the right care could alleviate pain and improve daily life. Today, she is dedicated to "paying that quality forward." She earned her degree in Neuroscience from Carthage College before completing her Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Pittsburgh. Before joining CPO in March 2025, Lauren honed her skills at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, gaining invaluable experience in complex pediatric hospital settings.
"I am dedicated to balancing clinical expertise with parent and patient goals," Lauren explains. "Whether we are improving alignment, enhancing cosmetic appearance, or avoiding surgery, no goal is too small when it comes to our smallest patients."
Lauren joined the CPO team in March 2025 and is currently accepting new pediatric patients at our Arlington Heights location.

Marco Irigoyen

Certified Orthotist – CPO Greenwood and Arlington Heights
Marco L. Irigoyen is an ABC-Certified and Illinois-Licensed Orthotist serving patients at CPO Greenwood and CPO Arlington Heights. Bringing 30 years of dedicated clinical experience to his practice, Marco specializes in foot and ankle orthotics. He has extensive expertise in designing supportive interventions for patients managing ambulatory challenges caused by stroke or severe illness.
Marco believes that exceptional care begins with active listening. By collaborating closely with his clinical team and focusing on the unique needs of every individual, he creates personalized orthotic solutions that empower his patients to improve their mobility and live healthy, independent lives.
"Over the last 30 years, I have learned that the best clinical outcomes come from truly listening to the patient. Whether you are recovering from a stroke or managing a complex illness, my goal is to work closely with your care team to design a foot and ankle solution that helps you walk safely and confidently.

Ana Woods
Certified Orthotic Fitter – CPO Arlington Height
Ana Woods, CFo is a Board-Certified Orthotic Fitter at CPO Arlington Heights, specializing in hospital orthotics, orthopedic bracing, and prosthetic supply fittings. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Kinesiology, Ana brings over five years of diverse clinical experience to the CPO team, including specialized roles at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
Ana’s background in both inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedic clinics makes her a versatile expert in fitting and casting. She is known for her complex problem-solving skills and her personable, patient-centered approach. By combining clinical precision with active listening, Ana ensures her patients receive the supportive care they need to return to the activities they love.
