Tracy Melton

Clinical Vice President – CPO Peoria
Tracy Melton is the Clinical VP at CPO Peoria, bringing 24 years of expertise to the local care team. A graduate of Northwestern University, Tracy specializes in pediatrics, prosthetics, and complex orthotic interventions. Recognized as the 2024 AAOP Distinguished Practitioner of the Year, he blends clinical precision with a unique background in fine arts to craft innovative, custom solutions for his patients.
Tracy is dedicated to active listening and community education, serving as an instructor for neurosurgery residents at SIU on HALO fittings. His focus remains on providing timely, compassionate care that addresses the unique needs of every family he serves across Central Illinois.

Todd McAllister
CP, LP
Director of Prosthetics – CPO Peoria
Todd McAllister, CP serves as the Director of Prosthetics at CPO Peoria, bringing over 32 years of clinical expertise to the team. A graduate of Northwestern University, Todd specializes in both lower and upper limb prosthetics. His entry into the field was deeply personal; after his wife underwent an above-knee amputation following a car accident, Todd spent nine years supporting her care before being encouraged by her prosthetist to enter the profession himself.
Todd’s approach is defined by honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a unique perspective as both a clinician and a caregiver. He is dedicated to helping patients realize that they can achieve anything they set their minds to. By focusing on individual goals and mobility, Todd ensures every patient regains the independence needed to live life to their fullest potential.

Srivatsa Tuppal
Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Srivatsa Tuppal, CPO, LPO is a highly accomplished Board-Certified Prosthetist Orthotist serving our Peoria and Peru clinics. With over 33 years of global experience, Srivatsa is a pioneer in the field, having helped implement innovative ICRC fabrication technologies and developed specialized bracing designs for Spina Bifida. He holds advanced degrees from the University of Bombay and the University of Strathclyde.
Srivatsa specializes in complex cases, including stroke recovery (orthotics), clubfoot, and transfemoral sockets. Known for his masterful casting techniques and dedication to emerging 3D-printing technologies, he is committed to delivering more than 100% to every patient. Srivatsa’s deep expertise and compassionate approach ensure that every patient receives world-class care designed to restore mobility and independence.

Taylor Nunley
CFm
Certified Mastectomy Fitter
Taylor Nunley is a Board-Certified Mastectomy Fitter at CPO Peoria with six years of experience in specialized patient care. She focuses on providing expert fittings for bras and prostheses following a mastectomy or lumpectomy, ensuring every patient finds a solution that restores their confidence and comfort. Additionally, Taylor is currently advancing her clinical expertise by working toward her Pedorthist certification to better serve the needs of diabetic patients.
Known for her passion and understanding, Taylor takes the time to listen to each patient’s unique story. She is an active community advocate, having participated in Susan G. Komen awareness events and local survivor support initiatives. Her primary goal is to provide a supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered to regain their mobility and a sense of normalcy.
