COVID 19 – Appointment Reminder

Our commitment to CPO Family during COVID-19 for orthotic and prosthetic care

As a valued member of CPO Family, we appreciate the trust you place in us to provide you with compassionate and timely orthotic and prosthetic care. As the coronavirus continues to present itself in locations throughout the U.S, please rest assured your safety and wellbeing is our utmost concern.

We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation, specifically, guidance and updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). With this information, at CPO clinics, we are developing and implementing proactive plans and actions to provide a safe and healthy environment across all locations.

Proactive Actions We Are Taking

Requiring team members to take preventive measures recommended by the CDC to help stop the spread of the virus, including but not limited to- washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoiding contact with other who are sick and staying home if sick.

Look out for those around you. Older adults and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness. By taking care of yourself, and looking out for others, you can help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Communicating with patients through various channels to ensure we reschedule an appointment if they have a fever, cough and/or difficulty in breathing, have traveled to or had close contact with someone who has traveled to high risk countries, or have tested positive for or been exposed to someone with COVID-19.

Limited access to CPO clinics – Re-scheduling of all follow-up appointments for a one-month period.

  • If you have any questions about an appointment – orthotic and prosthetic care, please feel free to contact your local CPO Team.
